| Withdrawing Funds Guidelines: |

- Wire fees are $70.00
- Check fees are $30.00
- Fed-Ex fees are $60.00
- Bank handling fees charged on all withdrawal requests are 1.25% of the
amount requested.
- Any request must be received before the 25th of the month. Any amount
that is $5,000.00 or greater will be processed sixty days later, with
payout in the following month.
- No requests will be honored unless placed on a Withdrawal Request

| Closing An Account |

Any account(s) that are closed by an individual, entity or by Financial
Solutions, Inc. (which it may do at its discretion), will be processed
120 days later, with payout in the following month.

Notice:
To all individuals or entities who make requests to Financial Solutions, Inc.
for a withdrawal. We have had various instances where people are using the FS
system like a Bank. We wish to remind everyone that Financial Solutions, Inc. is
not a Bank. It is an investment vehicle that invests money in order to pay the
interest rate that the individual/entity is to be paid. Financial Solutions,
Inc. does not keep large sums on hand, they must be out working for the benefit
of all. Thus, when a request comes in, Financial Solutions Inc. must reach out
to its source accounts and request funds to be released to be brought back in.
This does not happen overnight. We shall appreciate your cooperation in how you
request funds for withdrawal. Thank You.
